Our vision

Our task is to unlock the potential of a territory and multiply its value by shaping a clear plan for its development and infrastructure.

The bureau works across scales, from regional strategies and master plans to public spaces and individual buildings. Urban planners and architects work together with economists and with engineers in utilities, transport infrastructure and site preparation.

Our projects

The task of a project is to propose a harmonious and effective development of a territory. Almost every place is a palimpsest, layering existing buildings and landscape, regulations and constraints.

Expertise

Integrated design, from the first sketch to an approved document.

  • Development projects for residential and public buildings, recreation, hotels and tourist complexes. A concept covers the transport framework, landscape, planning structure and utilities. We support financial modelling and approval of the project so that the proposed solutions can be implemented effectively.

    [ What you receive ]

    • Site analysis and assessment of urban development potential
    • Functional zoning and the layout of buildings
    • Phasing and technical and economic indicators
    • Presentation album

How we work

Every project begins with a careful study of the territory: planning constraints, regulations in force, the surroundings and landscape, and the cultural identity of the built fabric.

Questions

  • Do you work outside Russia?

Yes. We have taken part in competitions and tenders in Italy, Türkiye, Canada, India, Tajikistan and Saudi Arabia. For statutory work abroad we team up with local practices.

  • What do you need to start?

The boundaries of the territory – cadastral numbers or a sketch on a map – your goal and any documents you already have. After the first call we will list what else is needed.

  • How long does a project take?

It depends on the scale and on the approval route. We fix the schedule and its stages in the proposal, before the contract.

  • Why are there no prices on the site?

The scope differs too much from site to site. After the first conversation we send a written proposal with scope, schedule and price.

  • Do you sign NDAs?

Yes. That is why some of our projects are shown without the client's name.

  • Who works on the project?

The bureau's lead specialists: urban planners, architects and landscape architects, as well as economists and transport and utilities engineers.

  • Which languages do you work in?

    English and Russian.
